VIP Suites -12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes to VIP Suite bookings must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit/payment. This policy ensures fair availability for all guests and allows us to accommodate other bookings effectively.
3 HOUR TIME LIMIT
We would love for you to stay all day but to give all our guests an equal opportunity to play, we unfortunately need to limit playing time to 3 hours.

MAX 6 PEOPLE PER VIP SUITE ​
When one golfer is hitting, the remaining golfers must stay behind the designated area. Please shout “FORE” for other players safety if a ball is struck off line.

5 MIN NOTIFICATION
Please be courteous to the suite booking coming in after you. When you 5 min notification comes on the screen please get ready to finish up on time so the next group can start on their scheduled time.

RANG BALLS - VIP SUITES
Range balls may not be removed from VIP Suites. Unused balls must be left in the bays.

​
DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON WALK OUT ON TO THE GRASS
If an item of yours does go up on the grass please notify our Managers on duty and they will safely retrieve it for you.

STAY IN CONTROL OF YOUR GOLF SWING
The “Happy Gilmore Shot” only works in the movie and is unsafe for those around you.

DO NOT ADJUST TOPTRACER SCREENS
OR USE CLUBS TO NAVIGATE SCREENS
Please be mindful of the screen especially during your practice swing.

​DO NOT AIM FOR THE FOR THE PICKERS/TRACTOR
It may be fun to aim for the Pickers/Tractor, but it’s not so much fun for the person inside. The ball may bounce back and hit someone or yourself. It can also damage our equipment and for the safety of the driver and for yourself, please do not aim or hit at the picker/tractor.

​NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS PERMITTED
Absolutely no alcohol allowed on our premises.
​​NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping are only permitted in the parking lot or designated area near the end of the bays (alcohol is not permitted in smoking/vaping areas).
​
Removing range balls from the premises is considered theft and is a chargeable offense.​
Putting our range balls in your golf bag is strictly prohibited.
​
Violation of this or other facility rules may result in immediate removal from the premises and involvement
of the Ontario Provincial Police.

We take this matter seriously and will take appropriate action and call in the Police, if necessary!
